The Department of Environmental Quality has determined that public drinking water at Intake Fishing Access Site is now in compliance with DEQ human drinking water standards.
Intake Fishing Access Site has met the requirements of the Public Notice Rule as described in the Administrative Rule of Montana 17.38.239. The site is open for day use and overnight camping as flood damage has been mitigated.
