    A jersey presentation took place on Friday, Oct. 12 before the throwback jersey game against Miles City to honor Shane Quilling and T.J. Haugen who were both members of State Championship teams for Sidney. Our program this year is dedicated to them. Each player also wears the #78 and #30 on their helmets in their honor.     Alexander Comets football played Mandaree Warriors on Saturday. It was a great game. Alexander rushing was unstoppable and rushed for over 100 yards.     Sidney Tiger Sharks Results State Meet In Conrad Aug. 4-5 The Tiger Sharks took 5th in State last weekend. Ryhleigh Kleinke set a pool record in 50 free.     The Tiger Sharks took 4th at Chinook this weekend. It was a long Saturday with the meet not ending until 7 due to lightening delays. We brought 57 swimmers and 44 have made it to State either in their events or in a relay. The theme this year was "Donut swim with Sharks."     Sidney's Caleb Baxter recently took second place at the 2018 USA Taekwondo National Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 14-year old, up-coming freshman is currently a blue belt, and faced opponent Blake Thompson from Burns, Oregon on Thursday, July 5th.     The Sharks swam in Glendive last weekend. We brought 65 swimmers ranging from long time Sharks, to first meet ever Sharks. Many swimmers cut from their best times this weekend and I was very proud of how hard they all worked. Hadley Garsjo earned top girl for the Girls 15-19 year olds.     The TigerSharks competed in Plentywood this weekend. We had 45 athletes go to compete and 18 relays. The sharks took 2nd place overall and 1st in the relays. Earning Top Boy for the 9-10 year olds was Parker Wunder from the Tiger Sharks. This is his first time since being a shark that he has earned Top Boy.     The Sidney Tiger Sharks competed in Roundup this weekend. We took a total of 25 athletes and all 25 competed hard and all 25 made it to finals on Sunday in most if not all of their events. This is the 3rd meet of the year with Harlem taking place on the 2nd day of June, and Malta the weekend of June 9.
