    Sidney Recreational Soccer is a great way to learn and improve soccer skills, strengthen fitness, and have fun! It is for kids age 5 through 12th grade (must be 5 years old by April 1, 2019). The Recreational Soccer season starts (weather permitting) on Monday, April 1 with two weeks of skills development, followed by Recreational Games starting Monday, April 15.     The Sidney wrestling team finished in first place by winning all duals at the Pat Weede Memorial Dual tournament held in Gillette, WY last weekend. Four Sidney wrestlers Jordan Darby, Jace Winter, Riley Waters and Jett Jones were undefeated. The team has held the top spot in the MHSA coaches poll since the start of the season.     The Team travelled to Hardin competing against 13 schools with 250 competitors. The Speech/Debate Team placed 4th and The Drama Team tied for 2nd but ultimately placed 3rd due to lack of mimes. For the first time in years everyone on the team made it up on stage to receive a certificate or medal.     Pictured are the K-4th grade participants and coaches in the 1st Annual "Little Eagle" Girls Basketball Program this Fall. The program started about the 2nd week of September, met about 12 times on each Monday & Saturday and concluded on Saturday, October 27 at West Side Gym.
