Sidney's Speech Drama & Debate team competed in "Miles City" on Saturday. Eighteen Class A schools with over 250 competitors competed in five rounds of tough competition. To register for travel soccer you can sign-up online after Jan. 1 by visiting the 21 Travel Soccer Facebook page, website or come in person. SHS Speech, Drama & Debate "travelled" to Havre for the last virtual meet of the year. Seventeen competitors competed from Sidney High School against 19 Class A schools from across the state. There were over 200 competitors from across the state with 18 class A schools and over 150 judges all working virtually with only a few minor bumps. Special Olympics Montana will be holding a VIRTUAL Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics athletes. Step 1: Fund raise or donate a minimum of $125 for adults or $50 for those 17 and under to receive your plunge incentive. Step 2: Plan a Plunge Day in support of our Special Olympics athletes. The annual Powderpuff game is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 8, 3:30 p.m. at Swanson Field. This event is a fundraiser for the Sidney High School Close Up group.
