After almost 24 years of being Class C, Fairview is moving up to Class B. During a Montana High School Association (MHSA) meeting in November 2021, MHSA changed enrollment classifications for Montana sports to the following measures: Class AA, 801-plus; Class A, 301 to 800; Class B, 101 to 300; Class C, 1-100. The year of 2022 marks the return of American Legion Baseball to Sidney. They had been without a team for four long years while the rest of the nation played on. Richland County had a Legion baseball team years ago but 2018 was the last time they played. Four members of the Sidney Tendo Tae Kwon Do School traveled to Billings on Saturday, April 30 to participate in the 55th Annual Karlo Fujiwara Memorial Tae Kwon Do and Judo Tournament. This season, 20-year-old Ethan Neu, Fairview, is excited to get back on the track with a new race car wrap and mindset. His first race of the season will be at the Williston Basin Speedway, May 7. This is Neu's second year of racing, driving the No. 51E car in the IMCA Hobby Stock classification.
