Fox Hills Golf Course, Watford City, was proud to host the local qualifier for PGA Jr. League's Drive, Chip & Putt program on July 19. This last June, Cye Franzen earned his ticket to the National Junior High Finals Rodeo in Perry, GA; and he punched that ticket as the now reining 2023 National Junior High School Rodeo Steer Saddle Bronc Rider.
