The new 4-H complex and buildings were built with B&B Builders as the general contractors for the project.     Sherry Sorenson has been the Grounds Supervisor at the Richland County Fair and Rodeo for the past 18 years. There have been many good changes over the years from a new Beer Garden, Event Center, Exhibit building and bathroom facilities with the most recent project of the new 4-H Barn Complex.
