    Miles City - Beginning this week, vehicle access to Black Bridge Fishing Access Site near Glendive will not be permitted until road repairs can be made. The FAS remains open, but the entrance gate is closed and visitor access will be walk-in only. The Yellowstone River has significantly undercut and eroded the access road to the site, creating a public safety issue.     On Sept. 4 at approximately 11 p.m. CT there was a one vehicle rollover on Hwy. 2 near mile marker 18, within Williston city limits. A 2014 GMC Sierra, driven by Tracy Reye, Stillwater, OK, with a Kyle Womack, Stillwater,OK, was traveling eastbound on Hwy. 2. The GMC failed to negotiate the curve in the roadway.     There was a single vehicle fatality crash on Thursday, Sept. 7 at approximately 6:31 p.m. CT. A 2013 Peterbilt semi driven by Steven Fenwick, Williston, ND, was northbound on 115th Ave. NW, just north of Ray, when Fenwick, appeared to have a medical emergency while driving.     On Aug. 13, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call regarding an industrial accident that had occurred at Border Steel located SE of Sidney. Emergency responders arrived on scene and determined that an employee had been inadvertently run over by a trailer being towed by a commercial truck. The employee, James Dean McRae, 61, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. This matter is still under investigation.
