    The Richland County Health Department has scheduled the annual Mass Flu Shot Clinic on October 3, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Flu shots are also available during normal clinic hours for those who cannot attend on October 3. The flu vaccine will be available for ages 6 months and up, and high-dose is available for individuals 65 years and older. No FluMist is available.     Free at-home colon cancer screening test kits will be available for those who are eligible at the Mass Flu Shot Clinic on October 3, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Richland County Health Department. Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in Montana and the United States, and like the flu, colorectal cancer is preventable. Colorectal cancers are those that start in either the colon or the rectum, and may be detected early through regular screening.     For the first time in its history, the Montana Submarine Veterans will hold its biannual meting at the VFW in Sidney October 3-5. Navy veteran Bill Henderson, state commander, expects between 35 and 40 of the 70 vets in the organization to attend. The group will conduct business and discuss fundraising possibilities.
