    Due to a holiday this month and a shipping issue, the delivery truck will not make it to Sidney in time for the volunteers to get the packages put together and ready for distribution for the delivery date of February 23.     A fundraiser has been planned for Neal Stromberg and his wife Audrey, former residents of Plentywood. Neal was diagnosed with leukemia in late September and has since been undergoing treatment at the University of Minnesota. His recovery is expected to take place over the next year, or longer, and has included a recent bone marrow transplant.     We’re moving to the winter hours at the landfill. Effective the week of December 3 our hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. We tentatively plan to return to our “Summer” hours the week of April 1. If spring hits us a little earlier, we’ll open back up on Saturdays earlier in the year to accommodate spring cleaning. During the winter, the canister site at the landfill will be open at nights and weekends, while the other canister sites will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week....
