A workshop designed to help youth develop basic skills for babysitting will be held on Friday, June 1 at the Yellowstone Room in the McKenzie County Courthouse in Watford City. The Sidney Kiwanis Club will have a program featuring William Whitsitt of the USS Montana committee on Thursday at the Elks Lodge. The public is encouraged to come at 12:15 p.m. to listen to the program. On Sunday, May 27 and Monday, May 28 at 2 and 4 p.m. both days, Arch Ellwein will perform History Alive as Captain Grant Marsh. This will take place at the Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center. Grant Marsh was a riverboat pilot and captain who was noted for his many piloting exploits on the upper Missouri River and Yellowstone River.
