    The Lambert Hi-Liters had their second meeting of the 4-H year on December 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Fox Lake Senior Center in Lambert. In old business we discussed: Junior Leaders and M.Q.A.     The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s North Dakota State Emergency Board reviewed and approved damage assessment reports for 16 North Dakota counties recently. The reports will now be sent on to Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack to support a potential disaster designation for those counties.     Varsity Mechanics Team of Travis Obergfell, Dalton Thomas, Jimmy Topp and Ryan Steinbeisser from Sidney FFA participated in a recent event held in Billings.
