Geoff Van Epps, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division commander, signed a Record of Decision for the Fort Peck Dam test releases Environmental Impact Statement on Nov. 12. The EIS assesses the ability of test flows out of Fort Peck Dam, Montana to potentially benefit the pallid sturgeon.
