BILLINGS — Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has lifted its consumption advisory for fish caught on the Yellowstone River near where an oil pipeline broke west of Glendive. Montana’s verified wolf population declined by 73, 12 percent, last year while livestock depredations by wolves continued to decline, dropping about 46 percent from 2013.
