Miles City - It was a wild paddlefish season, but not so much for harvest rates as for weird weather and river flows. Madison Sparks, Sidney, started her 4-H journey as a Yellowstone Valley Trailblazer Cloverbud in 2012 and is now on her last year with the Forever Buds 4-H club.
