Mountrail County Sheriff Corey Bristol has reported that on Thursday, July 18 at approximately 10:12 a.m., a 74-year-old Sidney man drowned at the New Town Marina, west of New Town. ND. Bristol stated that the Mountrail County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call at 10:12 a.m. stating that a man was drowning near the boat ramp.
