A 2012 Toyota Tundra driven by Julian Castro Montoya, Watford City, was traveling in a parking lot of an apartment complex. The Toyota came around a section of garages and struck a 6-year-old juvenile male, Watford City, that was riding his bicycle in the area. The juvenile male was pronounced deceased on scene.
