A 1969 Ford Mustang with its left turn signal activated was stopped near the fog line facing west waiting to make a left turn off Highway 23 onto a gravel road. On May 14, at approximately 7:49 p.m., the Watford City Police Department and McKenzie County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of an injured big horn sheep that was located in the 400 block of 5th St. NE.
