    The Sidney Police Department is investigating a series of vehicle break-ins that occurred during the early morning hours on both Saturday and Sunday (March 2 and 3) in the southeast area of town.     An early morning fire discovered about 2 a.m. Thursday, March 7 destroyed one of three hangers at the Sidney - Richland Regional Airport.
