    GREAT FALLS, Mont., Aug. 8, 2023 — The American Red Cross has seen a shortfall of about 25,000 blood donations in the first two months of the summer, which makes it hard to keep hospital shelves stocked with lifesaving blood products.     On the evening of Aug. 13, 2023 at approximately 8:30 p.m., a resident reported to the Sheriff’s Office that they had been engaging in recreational activities on the Yellowstone River south of Sidney during which time they came upon possible human skeletal bones.
