Tickets can be purchased for $30 online or through the Sidney Area Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture. The Richland County Health Department’s annual Mass Flu Shot Clinic continues as a drive-thru format, scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 28, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Richland County Fire Hall, Sidney.
