    The Montana Transportation Commission would like to inform the traveling public of the approved speed limit changes for the MT 16 – MT 200 corridor from Glendive to Fairview. A Road Safety Audit and Corridor Study were completed by the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) resulting in the Comprehensive Speed Limit Investigation.     The National Weather Service will be holding Skywarn Spotter classes in May. The course teaches volunteers to spot severe weather conditions such as flash floods, hail, lightning, thunderstorms and tornadoes. In an average year, 5,000 floods and over 1,000 tornadoes occur across the United States, threatening lives and property.     The 4 Kids Farm Show Pig Sale went on despite the blizzarding weather. Buyers from Miles City, Circle, Richey, Glendive, Savage, Wolf Point and Sidney made it to the event. Although the attendance was down significantly from last year due to the weather, all the pigs were sold. Coming in just short of last year’s average, all 55 pigs have new homes.
