Savage's Tyler Lien had never shown a 4-H steer, but swept up two big wins at the 2017 Richland County Fair & Rodeo. The twelve-year 4-H veteran had years of experience showing pigs in the ring, but had never delved into the steer business. "I always showed pigs because they were easier to keep.
