In the early morning of Friday, Dec. 22, two individuals were seen outside a business in Sidney attempting to steal some copper wire. They pulled up behind the business in a white four-door car. The wire they attempted to take was heavy gauge, and the potential thieves were unsuccessful in cutting any away. New precinct boundaries have been established for Richland County after the adoption of the 2023 Legislative Districting Plan. Section 13-3-102 (1), MCA, requires that precinct boundaries conform to legislative boundaries following the adoption of a districting and apportionment plan under Article V, Section 14 of the Montana Constitution. The Richland County Sports Complex has moved to a new building! They are now located in the old Cenex garage, next to Cooperative Western Choice.
