    The fall of 2022 Sidney Circle Subdivision was finally given some long-needed improvements. The Sidney Subdivision was started in 1978. More people started moving in during the oil boom in 1979 and 1980. In the late 1980s they reached saturation. They put a municipal system in but by 2018 it was reaching capacity.     The Richland County Food Bank is quickly settling in to its new home at 517 E. Main, Sidney. In just 1 1/2 days on Sept. 19 & 20, food bank staff, with massive help from the City of Sidney, LDS elders, Boy Scout Troop 141, and employees of EOG transferred freezers, shelving and food items.
