    In the early morning of Friday, Dec. 22, two individuals were seen outside a business in Sidney attempting to steal some copper wire. They pulled up behind the business in a white four-door car. The wire they attempted to take was heavy gauge, and the potential thieves were unsuccessful in cutting any away. Section 13-3-102 (1), MCA, requires that precinct boundaries conform to legislative boundaries following the adoption of a districting and apportionment plan under Article V, Section 14 of the Montana Constitution.     The Richland County Sports Complex has moved to a new building! They are now located in the old Cenex garage, next to Cooperative Western Choice.
