    The Fairview Community Foundation is hosting a DJ dance and social New Year’s Eve party at the Richland County Event Center on Monday, December 31 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. for all area high school students.     The Sidney High School boys track team came home champions from the Montana State Class A track meet held in Laurel May 26 & 27. The boys were escorted through town Sunday morning by the fire truck, ambulance and police. The last time the Sidney boys brought home a state championship was in 1959.
