On Sept. 4 at approximately 11 p.m. CT there was a one vehicle rollover on Hwy. 2 near mile marker 18, within Williston city limits. A 2013 Peterbilt semi driven by Steven Fenwick, Williston, ND, was northbound on 115th Ave. NW, just north of Ray, when Fenwick, appeared to have a medical emergency while driving. Following that, the two-day youth pheasant season for legally licensed residents and nonresidents 15 and younger opens Sept. 30. Shooting hours are one-half hour before sunrise to sunset.
