    The McKenzie County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that 68 year old Valentine Ene from Arizona died several days after receiving injuries during an assault on June 1, 2024.     A three vehicle multi-injury crash occurred June 6 at approximately 2:39 p.m. CT on Hwy. 23 at approximately 14 miles west of New Town. A 1969 Ford Mustang with its left turn signal activated was stopped near the fog line facing west waiting to make a left turn off Hwy. 23 onto a gravel road.
