On June 7, at approximately 7:20 a.m. CST, a 2006 Kenworth driven by David Jordann, Killdeer, ND, was eastbound on Highway 85 near mile marker 153. It went off the roadway, striking a traffic safety device. The Kenworth came to a stop in the south ditch. Jordann suffered a medical emergency and was found unconscious inside the vehicle. The McKenzie County Job Development Authority is seeking support for the construction of single-family dwellings in McKenzie County to address the current housing shortage through the creation of a JDA Home Builder Construction Loan Participation Program.
