    Applications are now available for the Re-Tree Richland County 4.0 program. They are available at Sidney City Hall located at 115 2nd St. SE, Sidney, MT, 59270. This is a free hands-on workshop which teaches people to learn proper tree planting of bare root trees and tree care techniques.     Canisters at the Richland County landfill have been closed temporarily due to the dumping of about 30 barrels of oil over two weekends. County Commissioners said the canisters will reopen on Thursday, November 9th but Commissioner Loren Young said,“If the abuse starts up again, we will consider closing them again.” The county has seen an uptick in dumping at sites in Lambert and Savage as well as at the landfill.
