Watford City’s Annual Homefest - a time for summer fun festivities and class and family reunions - has been cancelled this year due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic. Watford City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors based their decision on the health and well-being of the general public, event volunteers, and vendors. The City of Watford City will be celebrating its 100th year this weekend. Our Centennial festivities begin on Thursday, June 26 with a dedication of our new Centennial Park and end on Sunday, June 29th with a non-denominational church service.
