BILLINGS — Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has lifted its consumption advisory for fish caught on the Yellowstone River near where an oil pipeline broke west of Glendive. On Jan. 17, 2015, the Bridger pipeline broke where it crossed the Yellowstone River upstream from Glendive, dumping 30,000 gallons of crude oil into the water. The Heart & Dagger Tattoo Parlor is celebrating their one-year milestone at their new location in the Yellowstone Marketplace, 102 N Central Ave in Sidney. BILLINGS — Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has no plans to change its paddlefish season as a result of January’s oil spill in the Yellowstone River west of Glendive. On Jan. 17, 2015, a 12-inch-diameter Bridger Pipeline broke beneath the Yellowstone River six miles upstream from Glendive, dumping some 30,000 gallons of crude oil into the water. The Sidney Wrestling Club had another busy weekend on the mats. The little guy wrestlers went to Glendive. The middle school wrestlers got on the bus and traveled west to Belgrade and Billings. Sidney was accompanied by Circle, Poplar and Glendive for a dual tournament in Belgrade on Saturday, taking 3rd out of 16 teams. They then competed in an individual tournament in Billings on Sunday. The Glendive Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club of Dawson County have joined forces to bring you the 2015 Makoshika Youth Basketball Tournament in Glendive, Montana.
