For the third year, all Pizza Hut locations in Montana are donating a portion of proceeds on Tuesday, September 17 from 5 to 9 p.m. Donations from this event will go to Montana Food Bank Network’s Feed Montana fundraising drive that is happening the entire month of September. Billings, MT – The Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) last week released an update to proposed rules guiding the disposal of radioactive oil waste in Montana. Among the proposed changes is a quadrupling of Montana’s radioactivity concentration limit for materials entering waste facilities. The limit has been raised from 50 to 200 picocuries per gram of radium-226 and radium-228. Sidney Tiger Sharks took 63 swimmers and 24 Relays to Glendive on July 13 and 14. The Sharks took 1st overall and had two highpoint winners. Skylar Rodgers, 8 and under, and Morgan Kindopp, 9-10, both got high point for their placing in their age groups. Many of the Sharks took 2nd and 3rd overall for HighPoint.
