    On the evening of August 23, 2021, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing 2-year-old from a rural residence located west of Fairview. Subsequently it was determined that the child wandered away from the family residence. After approximately a 4-hour search the child was located and taken to Sidney Health Center to be checked out as the child had been subjected to the elements.
