The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) would like to notify the public and seek comments on a proposal regarding the installation of highway-rail grade crossing signals on 9th Street East in Fairview in Richland County. This is a cooperative project between the Town of Fairview, MDT, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF). MDT is providing funding for the signal installation.
