    Sue Duffey, a Fairview resident, opened up a Children's Exchange Library on the corner of 7th Street and South Central Avenue in Fairview. It is open all day throughout the summer for children of all ages. "After learning that Fairview does not have a library, I wanted to start something that would encourage children to read throughout the summer. The boys were escorted through town Sunday morning by the fire truck, ambulance and police. The last time the Sidney boys brought home a state championship was in 1959.     The planning committee would like to announce a fundraiser to assist in paying for the construction of a metal structure to replace the tents now rented. This structure would be considerable size, but probably not as big as the tents now used and would be in front of the Gazebo.
