Growers and Sidney Sugars are keeping an anxious eye on the weather forecast as they gear up for this year's harvest. Around 4:50 pm on Saturday, August 17, a call came into Richland County dispatch that there was a possible jumper off a bridge located on hwy 58 crossing the Missouri River south of 1804 hwy in Williams County.
