    The Fairview Fire Department responded to calls on Tuesday Sept. 10 about a semi starting four grass fires along ND Highway 200 due to an unconfirmed mechanical issue. The semi driver continued on his route and was not stopped at any point.     On Tuesday September 10th, Fairview Fire Department responded to calls about a semi starting four grass fires along ND Highway 200 due to an unconfirmed mechanical issue.     Alexander will be holding their 79th Annual Old Settler's Day Aug. 29-31, 2024. This year's honorees are Harold and Myrna Monson. Events start Thursday, Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. with the Color Run/Walk.
