    Kit and Tammy James, Alexander, are just completing their new farmhouse on the original James property southeast of Hwy.85. Kit and Tammy worked together for a year and a half to design their new home. The front entrance to the home features tile flooring and a wall designed by Afton Ray-Rossol, Sidney.     Justices of the North Dakota Supreme Court will visit Alexander High School March 22 as part of its Taking the Courts to School program. While at the school, justices will visit classrooms, eat lunch with students, hold oral arguments, and have a question and answer session after the argument about the process of the case.     The Bismarck Bucks Indoor Football League team held a scrimmage at the Rough Rider Center, Watford City, on March 4. The scrimmage followed the Bucks training camp Feb. 24 - March 4.
