This year there will be a Livestock Judging contest in conjunction with National 4-H Week. Livestock judging is a process where youth evaluate a class of either market or breeding animals based on the desired traits of that species. The Sidney girls volleyball team will be wearing pink Thursday night against Miles City at the Sidney High School gymnasium in honor of breast cancer awareness. The Richland County Farmer’s Market has finished another successful season. With temperatures outside falling, the Farmer’s Market held its last day on Saturday, October 5. Both vendors and customers saw many changes this season. This was the first time Richland County Extension was hosting the market.
