    The next mural that has been commissioned by the Sidney Chamber of Commerce is coming to life on the south-facing wall of Brenner, Averett, and Co. and the front of the Sidney Probation and Parole office. Local muralist, Afton Rossol, has been steadily adding more flowers and other details in an attempt to display her vision for the wall.     On Sept. 13, at approximately 11:44 a.m. CST a 2001 Yamaha motorcycle driven by William Chamley, Williston, was traveling north on University Avenue in Williston. A 2016 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Sherry Kinsella, Williston, was traveling west on a private driveway and made a left turn onto University Avenue. While the Chevrolet was turning left, it was struck by the motorcycle on the front driver side quarter panel.     On Sept. 17 at approximately 7:23 p.m. CST a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 17-year-old, male, Watford City, was traveling north on 137th Ave. NW (County Road 35). The Chevrolet lost control, entered the east ditch, and rolled then came to rest in an adjacent field. The driver was ejected from the vehicle. He was taken to McKenzie County Health where he was pronounced deceased. At the time of the crash the road conditions were wet and the weather was cloudy.
