    Richland County's H&R Men's Softball Team won the Men's Class D State Softball Tournament in Bozeman on August 11, beating out 18 other men's teams from across the state. For coach and player Art Herman, this makes three state titles and numerous other tournament wins under his belt. "Every year they get harder and harder," he explained.     On Sunday September 8, 2019 at approximately 7:20 p.m. Watford City Police Department Officers responded to the 300 block of 3rd Ave. SW for a vehicle vs, bicycle injury crash. Upon arrival officers made contact with an 8-year-old juvenile and his mother.     On September 2 at 1:46 pm Badlands Search and Rescue responded to Theodore Roosevelt National Park-North Unit, 2 miles from Oxbow Overlook on the North Achenbach Trail. Badlands Search and Rescue (BSAR) was called out by the National Park Service for a 66 year-old female with injuries to both wrists sustained from a fall.
