Alexander's 76th Annual Old Settlers Day is set to take place Sept. 2-4. The town of Alexander has a large array of activities for everyone to participate in. On the evening of August 23, 2021, the Richland County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing 2-year-old from a rural residence located west of Fairview. Subsequently it was determined that the child wandered away from the family residence.
