Sidney Public Schools Superintendent Dan Farr officially opened the new West Side Elementary playground thanking all the students and B&B Builders, Sidney, for initiating the project. The Second Annual Eastern Montana Stand Down for veterans will take place at the Sidney Fairgrounds Event Center on Sept. 17.
