The Richland County Health Department is announcing three additional active cases of COVID-19 in Richland County residents, and the release of two cases from isolation. The Backpack Program was started two school years ago, with just the Sidney Central and Westside Elementary. There was a need for our young youth to be able to have their own backpack that has supplies in them for the school year. All registered students are able to receive one, even if they don't accept it. Fairview road reconstruction project is going well and remains 6-7 weeks ahead of schedule. On July 17 crews finished the concrete paving the area around the intersection of MT 200 and HWY 201 and re-opened the intersection to motorists.
