    The Richland RSVP program is looking for volunteers of various ages to conduct the Richland County Community Health Assessment. The community health assessment is a short survey taken every three years to identify the public health needs of our community. Volunteers are needed to conduct these short surveys during the early evening on July 29th & 30th. Volunteers will be trained and provided the necessary tools before going out in the community.     Lone Tree Archers of Sidney will be hosting a 3-D shoot on Saturday, August 1, from 8 am to 6 pm, and Sunday, August 2, from 8 am to 2 pm. The archery range is located about 8 miles east of Sidney (cross Yellowstone River Bridge on Highway 23, then turn left onto County Road 122). Lunch will be available both days.
