    Construction on Holly at 9th St. SW will soon bring a Dollar General store to Sidney. According to City Building Inspector/Fire Marshall Kale Rasmussen, the 12,480 sq. ft. building should go up quickly. The company has their own builders, based out of Alabama, that provide a 90- to 120-day normal turn-around time.
