    On July 3 Kyle Lee Severson, 19, Sidney, was charged with deliberate homicide in the shooting death of Tyler Anthony Hayden, 20, Sidney. Severson made an initial appearance in Sidney City Court before Judge Luke Savage on July 3. Severson requested a public defender as his defense counsel. Bail was set at $2,000,000.     The Sidney Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture is looking for volunteer help during the Sunrise Festival of the Arts held at Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, July 13.     On June 29, 2019 at about 2:30 p.m. the Richland County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a 21-foot boat that had overturned on the Yellowstone River near Benny Pierre Creek and CR 122. It was found that two adults and one child were boating on the river and had pulled close to the bank and attempted to retrieve something from the edge of the bank.
