  • German Wrestlers to Visit Sidney July 6-10

    Wrestling exchange “Team Wurttenberg” of Germany will visit Sidney July 6-10. The team consists of 14 wrestlers ages 16-25 and two coaches. They will be staying with Sidney wrestlers’ families. Sidney wrestlers Jayme Kelly & Brennan Gorder participated in the USAW/AAU Cultural Exchange Program visiting Germany last year.     The Montana Department of Transportation would like to notify the public and seek comments on a proposed installation of highway-railgrade crossing signals, flashing lights and gates on County Road 128 three miles north of Sidney, MT, Richland County. The work will be accomplished in conjunction with BNSF Railway. MDT is providing funding for installation and BNSF Railway will perform the physical installation.     The North Dakota Game and Fish Department will conduct the 2013 deer gun lottery the last week in July.
